Criterion Collection Summer '24 Sale
Essentials and New Releases That Need to Be Added to Your Collection
The Criterion Collection is running its bi-annual 50% Off DVD, Blu-rays, and 4K UHD at Barnes & Noble (Movies can be purchased online or in-person | Amazon might price-match in some cases). The sale runs from June 28th - July 28th and will include anticipated July releases like Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid, Le Samourai 4K, Perfect Days, Risky Business, and more. If you’ve picked up a few movies, still plan on making a last-minute purchase, or have never bought anything from the Criterion Collection before, I will drop some suggestions below. As always, if you want to purchase something on Blu-ray or 4K UHD make sure you have the right equipment to play those discs.
If you are interested in some of the movies below and don’t have the means to play physical media anymore, you might want to consider a subscription to the Criterion Channel. I subscribe myself and I always find a few movies a month that I’m interested in watching.
